1. Overview

GeoChecker is a client-side browser userscript and console injection tool for WebRTC IP intelligence. This Privacy Policy explains what data GeoChecker accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

GeoChecker does not operate a backend server. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers. GeoChecker runs entirely within your browser.

3. Data Processed Locally

When you use GeoChecker on a video-chat site, the following data is processed locally in your browser only:

• Peer IP addresses discovered via WebRTC ICE candidates
• Geolocation metadata (country, city, ISP, timezone) retrieved from public IP lookup APIs
• Connection quality metrics (bitrate, jitter, packet loss)
• Session timestamps and peer counters

4. Third-Party Services

GeoChecker Pro queries the following public OSINT services directly from your browser for threat intelligence:

• Shodan, AbuseIPDB, VirusTotal, IPQualityScore, and others

These queries are made from your IP address to their public APIs. We do not proxy or log these requests. Please review each service's privacy policy for their data practices.

5. Local Storage

Session history and settings are stored using the browser's localStorage API. This data never leaves your device unless you manually export it (e.g., CSV export in Pro). You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for the domain or uninstalling the userscript.

6. Cookies

GeoChecker does not set cookies. The website (geochecker-site.pages.dev) does not use cookies or tracking scripts.

7. Your Rights

Because all data is stored locally in your browser, you have full control over it. You may:

• View all stored data via the GeoChecker overlay's History tab
• Export or delete session history at any time
• Uninstall the userscript to remove all functionality and data

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
