By downloading, installing, or using GeoChecker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
GeoChecker is provided as a browser userscript and console injection tool for personal, non-commercial use. A Pro or Lifetime license key may be purchased to unlock additional features.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GeoChecker in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use GeoChecker to:
GeoChecker and all associated code, branding, and documentation are the property of the author. You receive a license to use the software; ownership is not transferred.
GeoChecker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The author does not guarantee accuracy of IP geolocation, threat intelligence, or any other data displayed. IP geolocation is inherently approximate.
In no event shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use GeoChecker, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the author from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of GeoChecker in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of GeoChecker and destroy all copies in your possession.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the author resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
